9. Vehicle and Transport Standards
Our fleet includes vehicles ranging from 5-tonne to 40-tonne capacity, maintained in accordance with Afghan safety standards. We comply with axle weight limits enforced at weighbridges to prevent road damage and penalties.

As of March 2022, insurance services in Afghanistan, including cargo and vehicle insurance, have been suspended pending review by authorities. Consequently:
- Shipments are transported at the Customer's own risk
- We strongly recommend obtaining insurance coverage through international providers where possible
- In the absence of formal insurance, traditional risk-sharing arrangements may apply, but these are not guaranteed
- We assume no liability for loss or damage beyond what is required by applicable Afghan law
10. Liability and Claims

We may engage subcontractors, including individual truck owners who register their vehicles with us, to perform all or part of the services. These Terms shall apply to all subcontractors engaged.

- Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations
